Joseph Picone – Jacket, Skirt & Blouse. Loose-fitting, lined, above hip jacket has shoulder pads, side panels (no side seams) and long, two-piece sleeves with cuffs. Straight skirt, below mid-knee, has front pleated into waistband, side front pockets with pocket opening and back hem vent. Very loose-fitting blouse has collar on band, concealed button closing, front and back tucks, long sleeves with button cuffs and narrow hem.
