Vogue Paris Original Patou – One Piece Dress and Coat. Slim skirt is joined to the bloused bodice with an inset belt. Button and buttonhole trimming below a square front neck-line. Above and below elbow length sleeves cut in one with back are joined to bodice in front. Bulky coat, tapering toward bottom, has full length buttoned closing. Wide, notched collar. Concealed side front pockets. Below elbow length sleeves with half cuffs and long sleeves joined to dropped shoulder armholes.
