Bill Blass: Misses Coat, Skirt & Top. Fitted, A-line, lined coat, below mid-knee, has shoulder pads, welt and patch pockets, side panels (no side seams), back vent and long sleeves with button vent. Coat cannot be worn over jacket. Straight skirt, below mid-knee has waistband, back zipper and hemline vent. Loose-fitting top has extended shoulders, shoulder pads, welt pockets, back button closing and long sleeves with placket and bias button cuffs.
