One piece dress “easy to make” Elastic shirrings at mid-section regulate fullness in both blouse and skirt. No placket in side seam. Skirt joins blouse at top of shirrings. Peter Pan collar or collarless. Long sleeves with elastic shirring at wrist and very short sleeves.
