SKIRT (ATTACHED HALTER OPTIONAL) “EASY-TO-MAKE”. Straight all around gathered skirt finished on the waistband has slide fastener closing at center-back. Skirt may be jointed to the halter top with an inset belt. Halter has gathered fullness at front from belt and either side of V neckline.
