Bust 38″

Loose-fitting, above-hip length blouse has notched collar, front-buttoned closing, shoulder pads, slightly extended shoulders and front gathered into forward shoulder seams. Sleeveless, short sleeves with turn-back cuffs or full length sleeves with buttoned cuffs are gathered at cap.
