Loose fitting, flared dress three inches below mid-knee or evening length, has blouson, front buttoned  bodice, collar extending into tie ends or contrast collar on band (cut – in – one), elasticized waistline, above elbow or full length sleeves gathered at cap and into self or contrast buttoned buffs. Edgestitching B and C. Front tucks. Purchased belts and ribbon bow for A.
