Misses’ Smock Jacket and Pants. Loose-fitting unlined smock jacket has shaped collar, forward shoulder seams, front gathers, full length sleeves gathered into band cuffs, patch pockets and topstitch trim. Wide-legged slightly flared pants are darted into inside ribbon waistband. Purchased top.
