Misses’ Dress and Jacket. Loose-fitting dress has blouson top with band and wide shoulder straps, bias fitted and flare skirt, back zipper closing, self tie belt and topstitch trim. Loose-fitting cardigan jacket has neckline band, full length sleeves with bands, patch pockets with tuck and topstitch trim.
